To understand your goals we need to understand you. Our initial consultation will review your goals, vision and ultimate finished product. We will ask questions about your family, your lifestyle and activities. By creating this partnership, we can work together through the entire process, from beginning demolition to selecting and installing your interior finishes.

Terms & Conditions

With professional architectural drawings (ask about our Architect Referral Program) and a clear understanding of your vision, we can create cost projections and timelines. We will discuss payment terms, start and completion dates, and any special provisions within the building agreement.

The Build

Once demolition or construction begins, we stay in close contact with you throughout the duration of the project to address any changes or unpredicted issues that may arise. PJ Builders employs only the most trusted and skilled tradesmen and will keep a photographic account of each stage of the project. For the convenience of our out-of-town property owners, we can provide pictorial updates via email.

Project Completion

We not only take pride in our work but the relationships we build. Once the paint has dried and the last tree is planted, we will familiarize you with the operation of all mechanical systems. Our dedication to your satisfaction continues far beyond completion of your project. We will address any follow-up items or discuss any additional future projects.
