Our favorite thing about building new custom homes is seeing the creativity and interests of our clients reflected in their homes. People often want to build a custom home because they cannot find their dream home in a spec subdivision or they have a piece of land that they love. PJ Builders has been building high-end residential homes since 1997. Historical Renovations
Our old town historical renovations often include lifting the house to accommodate a new foundation, basement and additional square footage. Most of these houses are over one hundred years old so it is necessary to completely update all of the electrical and plumbing systems. Updating a home can be complicated when there so many city codes and historical guidelines to follow and PJ Builders has spent years ensuring these historical homes maintain their charm while updating them with modern conveniences.
